When you take a bite of our pies, you’ll see why people love our pies so much. You’ll taste the love for our land, cultivated but with a wild richness left to it. Our pies carry the signature terroir taste of Wark Farm. Clover carpeted grounds, yellow Lady Bedstraw, sweet pink Ragged Robin plants, they all add to the rich diet of our Belted Galloway cattle and Hebridean sheep.
We believe in giving back to the land. Going the extra mile, Wark Farm takes organic farming one step further, closing and making circles. Wark Farm invests extensively in creating safe habitats for wildlife, promoting the diversity and richness of Scotland’s nature. Lapwings, curfews and oystercatchers are just a few of the birds that nestle in our wetlands.
Transparency and connectedness are key to us, so every month we open our farm to the public. People are welcome to stroll through our meadows, to connect to us and the land. So come down and see how passionate we are. We promise it’ll make you love our pies even more.
